ANNUAL AFN CONFERENCE
This is where professional and voluntary facilitators, supporters and
students gather to ‘sharpen the saw’, reflect, discuss, debate, learn,
share, meet, mix, create and recreate.
AFN
conferences are organised by teams of volunteers who are associates of
the AFN.
|
Please pass on conference
information to your networks.
Please advise the organisers if you would like to assist with a
forthcoming conference (see links below).
|
Conference
subsidies: The AFN and conference organising teams have a
commitment to subsidising people to attend the annual conference.
This subsidy is intended for voluntary and community-based
practitioners,
students and others who may otherwise have difficulty in accessing
skills and training opportunities.
Organising teams choose
priority areas for subsidies e.g. previous Conferences have
included developing south-east Asian countries such as Timor Leste, and
rural and remote Australia.
